Your celebration is important to us. Please read our policies carefully before booking.
1Booking Confirmation
We collect an advance amount of ₹1000 towards the confirmation of your booking. This ensures your slot is reserved exclusively for you.
2Cancellation & Refunds
A partial advance amount (₹500/-) is refundable if you cancel the slot at least 72 hours prior to your booking. This covers our administrative and opportunity costs.
3Non-Refundable Window
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any cancellations made after the 72-hour window. The advance amount is forfeited in such cases.
4No-Show & Late Arrivals
We do not offer refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. If you are late, your slot time will not be extended as it affects subsequent bookings.
5Venue Rules
Alcohol and Smoking are strictly prohibited (Fine ₹2000/-). Any damage to the decoration or property will also attract a fine of ₹2000/-.
6Refund Process
To request an eligible refund, email us at support@momentsgalaxy.com with your Booking ID. Approved refunds are processed and credited within 10 business days.
