1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Moments Galaxy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

Moments Galaxy provides private theatre spaces for celebrations, movie screenings, and events. Our services include room rentals, sound and screen equipment usage, and optional decor/add-on services.

3. Booking and Cancellation

• Booking: A booking is confirmed only after the payment of the required advance amount.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the slot time may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling, subject to our Refund Policy.
• No-Show: Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of your slot time without notice may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

4. Venue Rules & Conduct

• Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled slot.
• Any damage to the theatre equipment, furniture, or decor caused by the user or their guests will be the sole responsibility of the user.
• Outside food and drinks are allowed only with prior permission and may incur additional charges.
• Illegal activities, including drug use or unauthorized commercial activities, are strictly prohibited on our premises.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Moments Galaxy and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moments Galaxy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or facilities. We do not guarantee that the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
